Cancellation and Refund Policy

As stated in the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the products and services offered on our website are considered “services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.” Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal or refund. You must start recording a video before purchasing the product and continue the recording throughout the order process until the order is completed.

Balance Transactions

If the product you wish to purchase is out of stock, you have the right to request a refund. In order for the refund to be processed, you must not have spent any portion of the balance you loaded. For example, payments made by credit card will be refunded directly to the same card within 7 business days. The same condition applies to bank transfers and bank payments; however, refunds are strictly not available for mobile payments.

For PayPal payments, only the amount you paid can be refunded. The loading fee/transaction fee is non-refundable.
